Bio: Shikha Patel is a fourth year studying Business Administration at Cal. During high school at Valley Christian in San Jose, she served as president of DECA, an organization that teaches young entrepreneurs skills in marketing, finance, consulting, and tech through competitive events. She placed 1st at Nationals in 2015, earning her a spot at Internationals in Florida. Along with her passion for business, Shikha enjoys representing her Indian culture through competing with her Garba (Indian Folk dance) team across the nation. Demonstrating her passion for education, Shikha has worked with kids from all socioeconomic backgrounds by tutoring and mentoring them. In her free time, you will see her eating, dancing to hype music, or watching Netflix.
